We have tried to contact the company we purchased it from, they have been unhelpful. We constantly get E4 fault on the control panel, we are unsure what this relates to. Great question! Regular diesel does gel near freezing, but in areas that get that cold, they typically switch to a winter blend that has additives that prevent it from geling. Otherwise, all those diesel trucks and cars would have the same issue! They usually switch around October/November and then back to normal blend in Aprilish. You can also buy anti-gel additives!
