Caution!
- The maximum load for the ProMaster roof studs is 55lb (25Kg) per stud or 330lb (150Kg) total. Do not exceed!!
- Bolts must be properly torqued to: 75 in-lbs (8.5Nm).
- All roof installations must use at least three roof studs with at least one on the driver side and one on the passenger side.
Abroad Reach Travel LLC is not liable for roof leakage or stud damage due to improper installation, exceeding recommended weight limits, excessive speeds or any installation outside of RAM ProMaster Vans.
To Install Penny ProMounts
- Remove the nuts (6) and washers (5) from the bolts.
- Remove the middle and upper plates (2&3) from bolts.
- Slide the bottom plate (1) with bolts around the neck of the roof stud.
- Reinstall middle plate (2), so that top of roof stud is inside the middle hole.
- Reinstall top plate (3) with rubber side down and touching the roof stud.
- Install rail over bolts.
- Add washer and then nuts. Torquing to 75 inch-lbs.
